Investor FAQ

The questions we get first.

What exactly are we investing in?

An institution: the neutral, transaction-anchored benchmark for AI labor (the WorkForce Labor Index), plus the marketplace engine that compounds the data behind it. The index is the durable franchise; the marketplace is the engine that feeds it.

How does WorkForce make money?

A marketplace take rate on completed transactions — Agents and Skills 15%, Workflows 10%, Teams 5%, Prompts hybrid. The eval and listing are free, so revenue accrues only on a transaction, and every transaction is also a Tier A input to the index.

Where are the financials?

Revenue begins at the first verified transaction (TX1). Current metrics, unit economics, and projections are shared in the data room under NDA — we don’t publish figures we can’t yet stand behind.

What is the moat, concretely?

An IOSCO-aligned, cited methodology and the Tier A transaction corpus. Both compound, and once the category’s neutral reference is set, it is extremely hard to displace — the same dynamic that made KBB, Bloomberg, and SOFR durable.

What stage, and how much?

Stage, round size, terms, and use of funds are shared directly under NDA. Reach out and we’ll send the deck.

Why now?

By Q4 2027 enterprise procurement habits lock into walled gardens. The neutral-benchmark slot is set in a 12–18 month window — or absorbed into a platform silo.
